PRODUCTION OF
INJECTION MOULDS
Our experienced design team will prepare a design and build an injection mould for machining.
We manufacture injection moulds of various degrees of complexity and size. Our moulds are mostly made from best quality tool steel to ensure a long service lifetime. Heat and chemical treatment jobs are outsourced by us to specialist suppliers using high-tech machines and production processes

MILLING
MACHINES
We own a machine from the renowned American brand Haas (model VF- 3SSYT) which mills items out of a block using the 3-axis subtractive milling method. The milling machine we use guarantees the highest quality of machined parts. The Haas vertical machining line has a highspeed spindle and very efficient tool changing
+ 4 AXES
Our HRT310SS Super Speed rotary table uses a robust cycloid drive system to ensure maximum indexing speed of 240° per second. Its compact size and high speed makes it an ideal complement to the VF 3SS YT milling machine. By using 4 axes, we are able to produce serial parts much faster and with very complex shapes.
TURNING
SERVICES
We also do machine turning jobs at our facility. Apart from many other machines we also use a Haas turning centre, model DS- 30Y. The machine combines two-spindle turning with Y-axis, C-axis and driven tools. It is an excellent single-step machining solution to enable milling, drilling and threading. This allows us to process even the most complex projects using a single fastening of the workpiece, which translates into the highest precision of the final product.
The Haas bar feeder guarantees full automation of the part production process on the Haas DS30Y turning centre. By using the device, we are able to produce high-volume projects in a short time
ACCESSORIES
We have a number of tool sets for milling metals and plastics. Finished elements (e.g. aluminium parts) can be anodised or powder-coated on request.
We use SIEMENS NX to create technological documentation and CAD/CAM programming.
